Privacy Policy

App: Pipe Connect - ASMR (com.apex.pipeconnect) · Effective date: 8 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Pipe Connect - ASMR ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use the App on your device.

1. Information we collect

The App has no user accounts and no registration. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal detail, and we have no way to identify you as a person.

Your game progress (levels completed, stars, coins, gems, settings, and themes unlocked with in-game coins) is stored only on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App.

Two optional features store a small amount of data outside your device, using Google Firebase:

Invite codes. If — and only if — you open the "Invite friends" screen, the App creates a record holding a randomly generated identifier for your installation, your six-character invite code, and a count of how many friends have used it. If you redeem a friend's code, we also store which code you used and when, so that a code cannot be redeemed twice. If you never open that screen, nothing about you is stored on any server.
Version check. On launch the App reads a single public document telling it the current version number. This is a read only; nothing about you or your device is sent.

The installation identifier is generated randomly by the App. It is not your Advertising ID, not a device serial number, and is not linked to your name, email, or any account. It is regenerated if you reinstall the App.

2. Advertising (third-party data collection)

The App shows advertisements provided by Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service by Google LLC. AdMob may collect and process certain information from your device to provide and measure ads, which can include:

Device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID)
IP address and coarse location derived from it
Device and network information (model, OS version, carrier, screen size)
Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, and diagnostics)

This collection is performed by Google under its own policies. Please review:

You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID / Opt out of ads personalization.

3. Notifications

With your permission, the App sends occasional reminders — for example when your daily gift is ready. Most of these are scheduled by the App on your own device and involve no server at all. We may also send occasional announcements through Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, which are addressed to broad groups (such as "everyone", or "players past level 30") and never to you individually.

You are asked for notification permission only after you have played a couple of levels, never on first launch. You can turn reminders off at any time in Settings → Reminders inside the App, or in your device's notification settings.

4. Permissions

The App requests network access to load advertisements, deliver notifications, and check for updates. It requests notification permission for the reminders described above. It asks for no other permissions — no location, camera, microphone, contacts, or file access.

Gameplay itself is fully playable offline; no puzzle requires an internet connection.

5. Children

The App is a family-friendly puzzle game; however, it is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a third-party service used by the App, please contact us so we can help address it.

6. Analytics

The App may log anonymous gameplay events (such as "level completed") locally for debugging. These events are not linked to your identity and are not sold or shared for marketing purposes.

7. Data sharing and selling

We do not sell, rent, or trade any information about you, and we do not share anything for anyone else's marketing purposes.

Two Google services process data on our behalf:

Google AdMob — for showing and measuring ads, as described in Section 2. Google acts under its own privacy policy for this.
Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Cloud Messaging) — for the invite records and notifications described in Sections 1 and 3. Firebase stores this data for us as a service provider; Google does not use it for its own advertising.

8. Security and data deletion

Your game progress stays on your device, so its security follows your device's own protections. We recommend keeping your operating system up to date.

The only records held outside your device are the invite-code records described in Section 1, stored on Google Firebase and transmitted over an encrypted connection. Uninstalling the App removes everything held locally.

To have your invite records deleted, email us at the address in Section 10 with your invite code — the one shown on the "Invite friends" screen. We will delete the associated records. Because we hold no account or contact details, that code is the only way we can locate them.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
